General terms of cooperation
K&K is a tourist agency ( hereinafter referred to as K&K), and at the same time a business system for presenting and selling tourist services and accommodation capacitities (hereinafter referred to as accommodation unit) via Internet and other media. The lessor of accommodations units (hereinafter referred to as the lessor) is a single person or a company that according to the Law on Catering and Tourism Activity is allowed to and is able to perform catering activity.
By means of these General Conditions, the lessor and K&K arrange their mutual relationships and the way of cooperation, according to which the lessor cedes the right of selling his accommodation units to the K&K system. The general conditions are an integral part of the contract. By signing the General conditions, the lessor confirms that he is familiar with all the conditions and that he accepts them entirely. In this way all regulations from this document become legal obligations for both the lessors and K&K.
The lessor is obliged to submit a notarized copy of the pricelist and the formal decision about the categorization of the accommodation units to K&K employees. The lessor should keep them in the accommodation unit in a place provided by the Law.
K&K commits to include the information about the accommodation capacities in its database, only for the scope of presenting and selling accommodation units via Internet and other media.
The main way of working is to inform each other about the availability of the accommodation units (on-line way of working).
When confirming the booking, K&K gives the lessor the following information: date of booking, type of service, name of the guest, number of guests.
In case of booking cancellation 30 days before the arrival, the guest will get the advance back, reduced by the costs of sending.
Upon booking the accommodation unit, the guest has to pay an advance of 20% of the total price (listed in the offer) for the accommodation unit. There are 3 possible ways for paying this advance: with a bank transfer to a foreign currency account, with a postal order addressed to K&K and in cash in the tourist agency K&K. The guest bears the expenses of this transaction, whereas it is K&K’s duty, upon receiving the advance, to pay the money to the lessor. The rest of the money, plus the registration and check out tax, will be paid by the guest to K&K the first day that the guest uses the accommodation (and later K&K will pay that to the lessor).
The guest is obliged to pay for the possible damage on the spot, directly to the lessor.
The prices of the apartments vary, depending on their locations and how they are equipped, and are in accordance with the lessor’s pricelist. The prices are expressed in EUR. The guest can pay in cash in kunas or in euros by the exchange rate of that day, which can be different from the exchange rate of the day of booking, due to the monetary change up to 3%.
Included in the price: sojourn tax, electricity, water, dishes, towels, final cleaning.
Arrival in the accommodation is after 2 p.m. and departure is before 10 a.m.
K&K will inform the authorized office when the guest arrives, as well as, when he leaves.
K&K guarantees the truthfulness of the photos and information related to the characteristics of the accommodation units.
Pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1P.3 of the Consumer Protection Act NN130/17 we hereby notify our customers that they can submit a written complaint concerning the quality of our services to the following:
